We accept Returns/Exchanges for products purchased from our website as long as the product is not visibly worn or damaged by the user within 30 days of purchase. (Extended till January 25th for Holidays if purchased after Nov. 1st. 
NOTE: if your item was Final Sale it cannot be exchanged or returned. All sale items are final sale, so make sure you check your packing slip before trying to exchange or return.
